1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Botych ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Botych is a web-based tool that helps creators publish video content directly to their own TikTok account. Users connect their TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth authorization and can upload and publish videos, or schedule them for later publication.

3. User Accounts and Authorization

To use Botych, you must authorize the Service to access your TikTok account via TikTok's official login flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own TikTok account credentials, which Botych never receives. You may disconnect Botych from your TikTok account at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any platform you connect, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, and publish through Botych. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control, including changes to third-party platform APIs.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
